The library is open to the public and the use of books and media in the library is free of charge. A reader's card is required to borrow medaia, which we will issue on presentation of an identity card and proof of your address in Japan.
The loan period is four weeks for books and two weeks for CDs, DVDs and videos. A maximum of ten items can be borrowed at any one time. It is possible to extend the loan period by telephone or e-mail.
