Fourth National German Spelling Bee competition 2018-2019 PASCH-German Spelling Bee Competition – Karachi final round and the Grand Finale of the National Competition in Islamabad
The German Spelling Bee Competition has become a permanent fixture in the PASCH community in Pakistan. The first competition was held in 2015/2016 and was a huge success with a wonderful response from all participating schools all over the country. In this year’s spelling bee competition schools from Karachi where German is being taught as a foreign language at an advanced level will select their school teams (3 members per team) and will compete in the Karachi final on Friday, 12 October at the Goethe-Institut Pakistan. The winner of this round will represent their school in the final round in Islamabad on 8 November where teams from schools from Lahore and Islamabad will also compete and participate.
The team resp. the school winning the national final will be National German Spelling Bee Champion!

Lahore round: 10 October, 3 pm, Annemarie-Schimmel Haus
Islamabad round: 11 October, 11.30 am at the Roots Millennium School, Islamabad
Karachi round: 12 October, 3 pm, at the Goethe-Institut Pakistan
Final in Islamabad on 8 November 2018
