  • We invite you to actively engage in this online seminar by listening carefully, taking notes, and asking thoughtful questions.
  • If you have any questions related to the presentation or for the presenter, please type them into the Q&A feature, located at the bottom of your screen.
  • Other comments and questions for the moderator can be posted in the chat feature.
  • Respectful dialogue is welcome and encouraged. Disrespectful or discriminatory comments directed at an individual or group on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, or disability will not be tolerated. Any participant deemed to have violated this rule will be removed from the webinar and will not be permitted to join any future webinars.

ADDENDUM FOR MINORS

The Transatlantic Outreach Program (TOP) will make every attempt to not record or save any content involving minors. "Minors" are defined as those attendees, such as school students, under the age of 18 on the date of the event. Such "content" includes their likeness as defined by video or still imagery, their voice through audio, or any other identifying information, including but not limited to chat and other textual transcripts. For Zoom events in which minor attendees are ancitipated, TOP disables the video and audio of attendees not classified as "hosts" or "panelists". Private/direct text messaging as well as custom backgrounds and renaming is also disabled.

All registration information of any/all known "minor" attendees will be discarded after the conclusion of the event.
