In this workshop, teachers have the opportunity to explore the topic of resilience in an open, practical setting. The focus is on exchange, short impulses, and interactive elements that encourage reflection and experimentation.

Workshop Goal

To collect ideas and perspectives on how to maintain strength, stay flexible, and use small relief strategies in the challenging everyday life of teaching.

Content & Methods

  • short, easy-to-understand inputs on resilience
  • small-group exchange about experiences and challenges
  • simple mini-exercises that fit easily into everyday routines
  • interactive elements such as mood checks, small movement impulses, or reflection prompts

Who is it for?

For teachers who are looking for a low‑threshold introduction to the topic and who would like to develop ideas together—without aiming for scientific depth.

Outcome

Participants will take away first impulses, small tools, and mutual inspiration that they can try out directly in their daily work.

Participation is free of charge, and a ZOOM account is required.
