Resilience for teachers

This workshop is designed for all teachers who would like to explore or deepen the topic of resilience—without requiring any prior knowledge or participation in a previous workshop. It is moderated from a practical, classroom-oriented perspective. The focus is on collegial exchange, short impulses, and hands-on ideas for developing greater calm, flexibility, and inner strength in the demanding day-to-day work of teaching.

Workshop Goal

To explore together which small strategies can offer relief in everyday teaching and work life, and to discover new approaches that can sustainably strengthen personal resilience.

Content & Methods

• exchange on experiences, challenges, and helpful routines in everyday teaching
• deepening or new impulses on selected aspects of resilience
• small exercises for self-reflection and recognizing personal resources
• practical micro‑methods for clarity and relief in daily routines
• interactive elements such as small-group work, mood checks, and short movement or mindfulness impulses

Who is it for?

For all teachers who want to engage with the topic of resilience in a practical and accessible way—whether they already have some background knowledge or are approaching the topic for the first time.

Outcome

Participants will take away concrete ideas, small tools, and mutual inspiration that can be applied directly in their teaching and daily work. The workshop provides space for exchange, reflection, and new perspectives.
