This seminar demonstrates how positive relationships and the conscious promotion of well-being, for both teachers and learners, have a lasting impact on educational success. Together, we will reflect on how a supportive and appreciative learning environment strengthens motivation, engagement and the willingness to learn. The focus will be on practical strategies for relationship-building and for strengthening emotional and social skills.

The aim of the workshop is to learn from one another, discover specific strategies and work together to find ways of making our teaching more inclusive and supportive.Ziel des Workshops ist es, voneinander zu lernen, konkrete Strategien kennenzulernen und gemeinsam Wege zu finden, um unseren Unterricht inklusiver und unterstützender zu gestalten.

The webinar is being organized under the leadership of the Goethe-Institut Athens, with the participation of the institutes in Bratislava, Istanbul, Kraków, Nicosia, Prague, Sofia, and Tbilisi.
