In many German cities, the outdoor swimming pool season already starts in early May.
With these activities, your learners explore useful vocabulary related to having fun in the water. The activities include:

- Warm-up: A colorful picture search scene introduces learners to the topic.
- “Join in!”: Learners act out the vocabulary through movement.
- To practise the vocabulary, learners play memory games with pairs or triples.
- To develop speaking skills, learners practise mini-dialogues and take part in an active movement energizer.
- Gap-fill exercises are also provided.
- As a creative task, learners draw their own dream outdoor pool.
