European Day of Languages in Prague

The EUNIC Association, the DG for Translation of the European Commission, the Representation of the European Commission in the Czech Republic, Library of Languages and other institutions once again organized a traditional series of events in 2022 to celebrate the European Day of Languages.The European Day of Languages, celebrated since 2001 on 26 September every year, aims at celebrating linguistic and cultural diversity in Europe and encouraging lifelong language learning among citizens. The traditional Speak Dating event took place on 30 September 2022 at Kampus Hybernská in Prague. In total, over 20 foreign languages were on offer, both by teachers present in person as well as through mini-lessons delivered online.
