5th Edition
The Goethe-Institut Singapore presents the fifth edition of the Science Film Festival in 2025, taking place from October 1 to December 20 in cooperation with the Science Centre Singapore, Anderson Primary School, and Our Tampines Hub.

This year’s focus is on Green Jobs, highlighting professions that contribute to environmental sustainability and a climate-conscious future. To explore this theme, the jury has curated 45 films from 16 countries, offering a diverse program designed for children from primary school age and older. The selection combines entertainment with education, encouraging meaningful dialogue in classrooms and the wider community.

The Science Film Festival in Singapore is made possible through the support of our regional partner for Southeast Asia, Rolls-Royce. With their commitment to education and sustainability, and in collaboration with local partners, the festival continues to provide a platform for learning and discovery, connecting young people with the science and ideas shaping tomorrow’s world.
