The Science Film Festival Singapore 2025 marked the fourth edition of the festival and took place from 1 October to 20 December. Organized by the Goethe-Institut Singapore in cooperation with the Science Centre Singapore, Anderson Primary School, Our Tampines Hub, and 89 schools across the country, the festival combined physical screenings with online access. A total of 45 films from 16 countries were selected for the program, targeting children from primary school level upwards. The festival reached 2,084 participants through both on-site and digital formats, reflecting continued growth in engagement.

In addition to expanded public screenings at the new venue partner Our Tampines Hub, the festival placed a strong emphasis on participatory learning. In collaboration with science educator Stuart Kohlhagen (The Science Nomad), two hands-on workshop toolkits were developed as companion activities and made available to participating schools. These workshops were also conducted on site, enhancing the educational impact of the festival and fostering meaningful engagement with scientific topics.
