After 92 years of doing without a spire, one of Adolf Cluss's earliest buildings, Calvary Baptist Church, re-gained its steeple on Saturday, February 12, 2005--a major event in Downtown DC. On the next day, a special service of celebration was held at Calvary Church with the Washington Sängerbund singing a number of hymns in German. A 19th-century hymnal was provided by the Stadtarchiv Heilbronn for the Sängerbund's use. Click
