A1/A2 Conversation Online

This course is designed to strengthen your speaking skills, helping you grow your vocabulary and engage in lively conversations about everyday topics with fellow learners.
Choose course
In our conversation course you will talk about interesting everday topics. Whilst having fun with a group of like-minded students on the same level you will improve your ability to speak spontaneously.
 
A particular focus will be addressing frequently occurring mistakes in pronunciation and grammar.

A2/B1 Conversation in Melbourne (in-person)

B2/C1 Conversation Online

Are you at a B2 to C1 language level and would you like to fine-tune your conversational skills? Why not join our conversation course for advanced language students!
Choose course
Under the guidance of an experienced teacher, students will discuss interesting topics at a more complex level. The range of topics includes everday conversation as well as current affairs and cultural topics.

The course aims to further improve and refine existing coversational skills.

Keep up your German - C2 Conversation Online

Would you like to continue using your German language skills at a high linguistic level (C2) and engage in lively discussions on complex topics? 
Choose course
Take the challenge and improve your communication skills, both written and spoken, by engaging with current cultural and socio-political issues – for comprehensive language skills at a high level! Grammatical subtleties and special vocabulary will be addressed as required.

If you are looking at learning German at your own pace and time or would like to tailor a course around your personal language goals, an individual course might be your most effective option.

Available via Zoom or face to face.

Whether you want to refresh your German skills, prepare for an exam or get ready for a job or holiday in a German-speaking country, each session will be tailored to your needs. With an individual or small group course, you have the choice of how, where and when you learn German. Lessons can be arranged virtually or face-to-face at the Goethe-Institut.

One teaching unit equals 45 minutes of instruction.
