10 jours pour un film 2023

TITLE	LE KADJI
SYNOPSIS	Henriette conspires using the Kadji ritual to get rid of Rose, her stepdaughter.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR	Ingrid is an aspiring director, scriptwriter and producer. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in film and audiovisual studies at the Institut des Beaux-Arts in Foumban. Her works explore social and political issues.

TITLE	NGOUNGOURE
SYNOPSIS	The only daughter of Mbuembue Mandù, the eleventh monarch of the Bamoun kingdom, Princess Ngoungoure led the final assault with the help of her sons and their supporters to depose Ngouhouo, the illegitimate king, to restore the order of succession to the Bamoun dynasty.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR	Aïssatou Njayou is a Cameroonian actress and director. She wrote and directed her first short film, NGOUNGOURE, in 2023 as part of the 10 Jours Pour Un Film competition organised by the Goethe-Institut Kamerun as part of the festival Écrans Noirs.
