• Upper body and face of a blind folded young man in a dark room illuminated by red light.
The photo’s atmosphere is rather gloomy, which is created by a warm red light being the predominant color. A man with short dark hair is standing inside of a room, blind folded by a black sleeping mask. His head is positioned in a way that indicates a certain tension. It could be that he has heard a strange noise.

The world we live in is a visual one. So is the world of fashion. Trends appear in public space and are conveyed through mass media, images and photographs. Sight provides 80 percent of all human perceptions. What if we take away sight? BEYOND SEEING will try to find answers.
