Restricted Call for Proposals: Standard Capacity Building under the EU4Culture II

As part of the EU-funded EU4Culture II – Sustainable Creative Ecosystems programme, the Goethe-Institut invites eligible organisations to submit proposals under a Restricted Call for Proposals for the Standard Capacity Building Component.

Applications may be submitted by an eligible EUNIC member organisation applying alone or by a consortium of two or three eligible organisations led by an eligible EUNIC member organisation.

The total budget available under this Call is EUR 500,000. One grant of up to EUR 500,000 is available to design and deliver a coherent Standard Capacity Building programme for cultural and creative sector (CCS) professionals directly involved in EU4Culture II Living Labs and Intermediary Organisations. The programme will cover Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and the Belarusian CCS community in exile.

The programme should establish a shared foundation of knowledge and practical skills, support participants in applying their learning within the work of the Living Labs and Intermediary Organisations - including the implementation of Creative Ecosystem Development Roadmaps and Value Propositions - and strengthen collaboration, stakeholder engagement and professional exchange among participating organisations.

Proposals must include three modular learning rounds for separate or partly overlapping participant cohorts, combining a substantial face-to-face learning dimension with appropriate online preparation and follow-up. The programme should be participatory and directly relevant to participants’ professional work and generate practical, reusable learning resources.

An online information session for interested applicants will be held on 8 September 2026 at 12:00 CEST. Registration is required and can be completed here: Link. The session will be conducted in English, recorded and subsequently made available on GAP.
