For this open call, we continue to invite curators to propose projects for our experimental exhibition space Goethe Gallery Tokyo that rethink the cultural dialogue between Germany and Japan. We welcome concepts that emphasize exchange, participation, and artistic experimentation.
REFLEKTOR accepts a wide range of formats, including traditional exhibitions, multimedia installations, performances, and hybrid approaches. The gallery aims to serve as both a mirror for emerging perspectives and a space where cultures interact and reflect on one another.
REFLEKTOR is open to curators of visual arts and related fields who are based in Japan with up to five years of professional experience in curation.
