nine-and-a-half – Your Reporter

About one full bathtub- that is the average amount of water every German uses per day. Of course, some for drinking, but also for showering, washing clothes, brushing teeth and so on. But who actually makes sure that fresh tap water is always readily available? And what happens to the water when it disappears in the drain? Jana follows the flow of the water and learns how wastewater passes through many elaborate stages to be cleaned and treated so we can drink it and use it again. She also learns about the role of the natural water cycle.
