ARTISTIC PRODUCTION COMMEMORATING 5 YEARS SINCE ENDSARS

October 2020 marks five years since the historic #EndSARS protests in Nigeria—a movement that echoed across the nation and the world, demanding justice, accountability, and an end to police brutality. The resilience, pain, hope, and collective action of that moment remain etched in memory. Now, we invite you to contribute to an artistic production that will honor this legacy through creative expression.We are calling for photographs, audio recordings, videos, writings, artworks, or physical objects collected or created in relation to the #EndSARS movement. Selected works will be featured in a multimedia artistic production to be showcased in public events as a tribute to the struggle and its enduring impact.
Submission Guidelines
- Materials can include: Protest footage, personal testimonies, protest art, placards, poetry, music, or any artifacts tied to the movement.
- Digital submissions: Send to (artandcountry2020@gmail.com) with the subject line "EndSARS Memory Project – (Your Name).
- Physical submissions: A drop-off location will be communicated upon email inquiry.
- Deadline: July 27, 2025
