For Pakistani Nationals:
1. 2 Passport size pictures (not older than six months)
2. Original Passport along with 1 photocopy
3. Original CNIC along with 1 photocopy
For Afghan Nationals:
1. 2 Passport size pictures (not older than six months)
2. Original Passport along with 1 photocopy
3. Original Tazkara (with Engling translation) along with photocopies
4. Valid Pakistani Visa
