Otto Kullberg (Henry Hübchen) is not only a successful actor, but also liked and loved by everyone. His only weakness is that sometimes, he drinks too much.
While shooting his new 20s film "Tango for Three, he falters due to his alcohol consumption, and the director fears that he will not be able to finish the shoot. He orders all the scenes to be re-shot, only this time, with a younger actor (Markus Hering). Suddenly Kullberg, who is usually the centre of attention, has to fight for his role. On top of that, his private life has also turned upside down, when his ex-partner Bettina Kroll (Corinna Harfouch) shows up on set. The walls between his private and working world soon come crumbling down to reveal a unique chaos...
