Large, established festivals across 15 West African countries to anchor sectoral clusters and develop internationalisation strategies. Lead networks of 7 mid-scale festivals, create work plans for regional cooperation, and build partnerships with European festivals. Six hub positions available.

Cluster member festival grants

Joining transnational networks
Mid-scale festivals across 15 West African countries to join sectoral clusters led by hub festivals. Participate in internationalisation work plans, develop regional partnerships, access capacity building programmes. Seven positions available per cluster across six cultural sectors.

Artist internationalisation grants

Building careers across borders
Artists, performers, and their managers from West African festival clusters developing international careers. Three 8-month cycles available with sector-specific English training, formal training programmes, mentoring, and international mobility opportunities. 576 individuals supported.
