Dual Vocational Training in Germany: Understanding and Teaching It

At the heart of the session is the workbook “Your Path to Dual Vocational Training in Germany”, which supports learners step by step in exploring career options, preparing application documents, and understanding how the dual system works. During the workshop, you will gain insights into the structure and content of the workbook – from identifying learners’ interests and strengths, to creating a CV and cover letter, and researching apprenticeship opportunities.
In addition to presenting selected materials, you will have the opportunity to try out activities yourself, exchange ideas with other participants, and reflect on how to integrate the workbook into your own teaching practice.
