It is impossible to imagine elementary schools worldwide without foreign language instruction. It represents an enormous enrichment of the pedagogical landscape. If foreign language teaching is to be successful in the long term, teachers need a high level of linguistic and methodological skills and abilities. The training and continuing education program Fokus Grundschule aims to help teachers achieve and consolidate these demanding standards.
