The presentation looks at the seepro study (2010) and re-evaluates it. It involved mapping key data on staff, developing a conceptual framework for cross-country analysis, contacting existing collaborative partners, developing research questions for addressing country-specific early childhood education staff profiles, creating early childhood education staff profiles, and creating key contextual data for each country.
