Every person learns differently. That's why it's important to find out how you learn and which methods help you. Learning strategies help you to achieve your own learning goals in a structured and successful way. For each unit you need about 60 to 90 minutes. To complete the self-study unit, you will need: Laptop, cell phone or tablet, speakers.

- you reflect on what you have learned.
