Das Goethe-Institut Armenien schreibt einen Rahmenvertrag für Reisebüro-Dienstleistungen aus. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Agentur, die die Organisation von internationalen und nationalen Reisen für Gäste und Mitarbeitende übernimmt – inklusive Flugbuchungen, Umbuchungen, Stornierungen sowie Unterstützung in Notfällen.

Der Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von zwei Jahren mit Verlängerungsoption. Die Auswahl erfolgt auf Basis von Preis, Servicequalität und technischer Leistungsfähigkeit. Bewerber sollten über Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kulturinstitutionen oder NGOs verfügen.

The Goethe-Institut Armenia invites applications for a framework agreement for travel agency services. We are looking for an experienced agency to manage international and domestic travel for our guests and staff, including flight bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and emergency support.

The contract is valid for two years, with the option of a two-year extension. Applications will be evaluated based on price, service quality, and technical capacity. Applicants should have proven experience working with international cultural institutions or NGOs.
