The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institution of the Federal Republic of Germany operating worldwide. We promote knowledge of the German language abroad and foster international cultural cooperation. Our international field of activity requires a great openness to other cultures and a high intercultural competence.
Project description
- Consultation on and project management of the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for the Goethe-Institut in Australia as a pilot focused but not limited to the customer/client database, an event management tool and newsletter.
- Cutover manager and if required: hypercare lead
- Responsible for the Go-Live of the CRM system
- Planning technical, operational and business tasks, aligning the activities across the project teams and acting as final point of escalation for all cutover related issues.
- Responsibilty for the post-Go-Live for the hypercare phase where intense support to other shareholders will be provided.

Payment
The consignee will receive a fee of AUD60/hour.
Any work or services shall not exceed 430 hours within the specified contract period.
A review of work progress will be set between both parties on a monthly basis before any payments will be released. The fee will be paid upon receipt of an itemised monthly tax invoice including GST if applicable.
Authorized expenses incurred on behalf of the Institute will be reimbursed.
Skills required
- IT professional with working experience in the consulting, cultural, education or research sectors.
- Fluency in German and English
- Driven by a continuous desire to keep learning, used to working cross-functionally with different teams in challenging projects, strong aspiration to improve complex IT systems
