The representational choice of the image of the abused body in Syria today is highly argued , to what extent we reached a dead-end in stimulating public opinion empathy? What are the challenges of Syrian visual artists in their position from the abused body ? What are the borders between portrayal, depiction of war, delineation and rendition when creating arts in times of great tragedies, and how the art market is responding to these questions ?
