The Eva Klesse Quartet have made a name for themselves in the jazz scene, especially since the 2018 release of their highly acclaimed miniatures. On their new album, creatures & states, the band tell stories and recount their feelings over the past few years, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, which served as a source of inspiration for all four musicians. They’ve developed a unique group sound in which each instrument comes to the fore, a sound that sets itself apart from short-lived musical fads and eschews long solos. Instead, the band seek to convey their shared visions to the listener and take you on a voyage across vast and various atmospheric realms: from dreamy, contemplative songs to colourful virtuosic music, this concert will be a one-of-kind sonic experience and an adventure, with something for everyone.
