Benjamin Eyaga is a director, actor and scriptwriter. His cinematic debut was in 2006, as a scriptwriter. Subsequently, he was sought out as an actor for ad projects, and then for films. After writing the script for the series Au nom de la loi, he transitioned to working behind the camera and directed several successful short films, such as Course contre la honte and Devoted. His last film, Mes silences, tells the story of Andela—a young orphan being raised by her grandmother—who is raped by Father Michel, the village priest. The film was shortlisted at the 2018 Cannes Festival in the “Short Film Corner” category. The documentary "I Have a Dream" examines various aspects of the daily lives of the African diaspora in France, Italy and Germany.  After the screening the director will discuss with the audience.
