Creative Connections

Creative Connections Ulevi | Goethe-Institut Georgien

From 2024 to 2025, Creative Compass Georgia supported a total of 39 initiatives in the cultural and creative industries across 10 regions of Georgia through its "Creative Connections" program. The program aimed to foster knowledge exchange, enhance regional cooperation, and develop creative potential by supporting local cultural actors. By promoting professional collaboration and regional mobility, the initiative created new opportunities for cultural engagement and innovation throughout the country.
 

NEW OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND COLLABORATION

Creative Connections has become a driving force in strengthening professional ties across Georgia’s cultural and creative sectors. By supporting independent artists, cultural professionals, community leaders, and civil society organisations, the initiative helped overcome local challenges and seize new opportunities. This not only boosted the resilience and sustainability of the Cultural and Creative Sectors (CCS), but also sparked a vibrant exchange of ideas.

Participants gained valuable insights from local practices and wove them into their own projects, enriching their work and communities. In doing so, Creative Connections laid the foundation for a dynamic, interconnected creative network across Georgia.
