Cheese + Wine Tasting Evening

The Goethe-Institut Hongkong is pleased to present a wine tasting event again in July 2025, and this time with Cheese!

Enjoy a selection of wine and cheese from German-Speaking countries in the relaxing atmosphere in our library overlooking the wonderful night view of the Victoria Harbour.

We are happy to have Mr. Antoine Zaruba from THE CHEESE HOUSE with us to share his knowledge on cheese and wine. During the Tasting evening, you will have the opportunity to taste 4 - 5 types of Cheese and 3 types of Wine.


Antoine Zaruba, Founder of THE CHEESE HOUSE:
Antoine Zaruba is a seasoned cheese master with a rich blend of French, Australian, and Canadian heritage. Antoine's journey led him to Europe, America and Japan, ultimately guiding him to the art of cheesemaking. With a passion for quality, he trained extensively and visited various artisanal farms across the world, carefully selecting only the finest cheeses.
