During the events on 11th and 12th of December the audience had the opportunity to get to know into the full scope of contemporary dance productions from Sri Lanka. Eight companys and solo artists presented an array of performances reaching from traditional Sri Lankan to western contemporary approaches.
The involved artists had the opportunity to create a forum which allows an intensive dialogue on current challenges and future developments of performing arts in Sri Lanka. This informal network set the framework for a continuous exchange of ideas between choreographers, dancers and other insiders of the cultural scene.
