German Teachers' Conference
The last biennial German Teachers' Conference in Aotearoa New Zealand took place in Wellington from
11–13 April 2025. It was a weekend of professional development, networking, and cultural exchange.
Programme Overview
- Friday, 11 April – Opening dinner from 7 PM (venue TBC)
- Saturday & Sunday, 12–13 April – Workshops, presentations, and a special visit to the German Ambassador’s residence (Saturday 10 AM – Sunday 3 PM)
- Monday, 14 April – Meeting for invited GANZ representatives
In-School and local professional development opportunities
School visits, demonstration lessons and individual or small group sessions on culture, methodology and language can be arranged with the National German Advisor
