Humayun Memon (born 1986 in Karachi) graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Design from the Indus Valley School of Art & Architecture. Humayun is represented by "18% Grey", a photo agency where he has been shooting commercially for the past 10 years. His editorial and photojournalism work has been published in a number of local and international magazines and newspapers.
As an artist, Humayun has shown his work in multiple group shows in Pakistan. He was shortlisted to be a resident artist in Picture Berlins summer programme in 2014 and was invited as a participating artist in Canvas Gallery / Pioneer residency in 2019.
In addition, Humayun Memon has curated shows in Karachi and Lahore and was one of the Assistant Curators for the first Karachi Biennale 2017. Currently he is a co-curator for the second International Public Art Festival 2020.


The Goethe-Institut Visitors Programme organises information tours to Germany on behalf of the Federal Foreign Office and other organisations – for multipliers, experts and journalists.
