Digital Skills Workshop Registration

Registration Information
Registration is for the complete four-session workshop series. Due to limited capacity, each organization may register a maximum of two participants. Please submit one registration form per participant.

The workshop series is intended for representatives of German-American organizations, including volunteers responsible for social media or communications, communications managers, presidents, and other staff or board members involved in communications.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. The Zoom link for each session will be sent to you shortly before the respective workshop.

Workshop overview
Session 1 — From Overwhelm to Clarity
September 16, 2026, 11 a.m. CDT
Build a simple digital system and identify what your organization should tackle first.

Session 2 — Social Media for Engagement and Visibility
September 30, 2026, 11 a.m. CDT
Learn practical ways to use Facebook, Instagram, Canva, events, posts, stories, and reusable content.

Session 3 — Email Communication and Community Building
October 14, 2026, 11 a.m. CDT
Create useful newsletters, strengthen your email list, and develop a realistic communication schedule.

Session 4 — Website, Visibility, and Measuring What Matters
November 4, 2026, 11 a.m. CST
Improve your website, Google visibility, basic analytics, and long-term digital routines.

Recording & Privacy
By registering for and participating in the Zoom sessions, you acknowledge and agree that the workshops will be recorded. Your image, voice, and contributions during the sessions may be used and published by the Goethe-Institut in connection with this workshop series and its promotion.

If you do not wish to appear in the recording, you are welcome to keep your camera off. Please also avoid sharing information or making comments that you do not wish to be recorded or published.
