What do I want to do after I finish school? Students in Germany can choose between university, a dual study course or an apprenticeship. Dual (or in-company) training is the best-known type of apprenticeship in Germany (it accounts for more than 70% of all apprenticeships).
The trainees receive remuneration during their apprenticeship.
