Purpose

We process your data in order to send you the newsletter and the optional text messages you ordered to the e-mail address and the phone number you provided and to address you by name in the salutationand in order to understand what information you are interested in or not interested in and thus to continuously improve and personalize the content of our newsletter.

Legal Basis

The processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 a) DSGVO). The consent is voluntary. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. This will automatically terminate your newsletter or text massage subscription.

Categories of personal data to be processed

We process the following data about you:
  • Your name
  • Your e-mail-adress
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Your home state
  • Your postcode and city
  • Information about your use of the newsletter as described below
In order to obtain information about your use of our newsletter, they contain a so-called "web beacon", i.e. a pixel-sized file that is loaded from the server used for this purpose when the newsletter is opened. We use this to collect technical information such as your browser and operating system, your IP address, the time at which you received and opened the newsletter, and which links contained in the newsletter you clicked on.

We store your data for as long as it is necessary for the above-mentioned purpose or for as long as a statutory retention period is prescribed.
