Activities that motivate learners and give them access to authentic language and cultural experiences make a valuable contribution to education. The Goethe-Institut’s programs and competitions inspire creativity, spark curiosity for the German language, and encourage active participation. They offer students diverse opportunities to engage with German in dynamic and meaningful ways.

Kino for Kids

Kino for Kids is a specially curated program which takes place as part of the HSBC German Film Festival. Lively, accompanying materials are available, specially developed by us for your German language classroom.

    Enterprise German is designed for schools that want to build a bridge to the world of work or expand their business contacts. The project combines aspects of professional orientation with an idea contest that stimulates the students’ creativity and inventor spirit.

German Exams

FIT mit Deutsch Certificate

Motivate your students with a sense of achievement! With the Goethe-Zertifikat A1: Fit in Deutsch 1 and the Goethe-Zertifikat A2: Fit in Deutsch exams, your students get the opportunity to gain an internationally recognized certificate. The exams require simple German language skills and cover topics from everyday situations such as introducing oneself and others, reading and listening comprehension, as well as common questions and requests.

Deutschstunde

Deutschstunde is the portal for teaching materials of German as a foreign language, advanced training and magazine language. Contact with other teachers via local communities is just a few clicks away.
