You are warmly invited to visit us during our official opening hours. Our library, language course office, and DAAD Information Centre are now open. Additionally, our new cafeteria is open to the public. Alongside our online services, we are available at the premises during office hours with our cultural events, language courses, and exam services.

Korail-City of Culture

Korail-City of Culture aims to redefine design culture and creative industries by supportingsustainable cultural practices among practitioners in Korail and sharing this knowledgeglobally. The young residents of Korail, supported by Paraa, has led efforts to create auniversally accessible community-driven cultural space, engaging in participatory design andtraining to enhance their skills in managing and shaping public spaces.

The Old Dhaka Food Map

Join Goethe-Institut as it navigates the narrow roads of Old Dhaka to uncover a number of legendary eateries and their mouthwatering dishes. Every turn of the bustling streets reveals the legacy of various epochs, which live on to this day in the cultural, religious and gastronomic diversity.

Being Kafka

Why does Franz Kafka’s spell remain unbroken a hundred years after his death? Is it his exquisite letters, our affection for dramatic tales, or the sense that our contemporary world has never been more Kafkaesque? The centenary of Franz Kafka's death presents a chance to delve into innovative approaches to understanding the author and his captivating oeuvre.
