Ricardo Poppi
Director of Instituto Cidade Democrática, he holds a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasília. From 2011 to 2016, he coordinated social participation platforms for the Brazilian federal government. He is currently part of the senior research team developing the Brasil Participativo platform.

Legal scholar specialized in information technology and media regulation and Research Leader for the group “Technology, Power and Domination” at the Weizenbaum Institute, a research group affiliated with the WZB Berlin Social Sciences Center.
Andreas Jungherr
Professor of Political Science, especially Digital Transformation, at the Institute of Political Science, at the University of Bamberg. The main focus of his research is on how societies deal with the use of artificial intelligence and digital technology.
