Open call for tenders n°001/01/2026-GIK installation and maintenance of the air conditioning system
The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany, active worldwide. Our objectives are the promotion of the German language abroad, international cultural cooperation, and the dissemination of a comprehensive image of Germany.
The Goethe-Institut is seeking a service provider for the maintenance of our air conditioning system under the following conditions:
- Carry out the necessary visits to monitor and maintain the proper functioning of 56 air conditioners and 10 ventilation systems (VMC) in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations and professional standards;
- Intervene within six (6) working hours following our phone call, except in exceptional circumstances;
- Supply accessories such as oils, grease, drive belts, air fuses, cleaning products, gaskets, etc.;
- Complete cleaning of all air conditioners once per month;
- General servicing once per year;
- Unclogging of condensate drains once per month;
- Tightening of electrical contacts and lubrication of moving parts once per year;
- Visit days and hours: between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, and Saturday if necessary; New installation as needed.
- The company must be registered in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM);
- The company must not owe any taxes to the administration.

- References: 40%
- Will run from 01.05.2026 to 31.12.2027;
- Will be a fixed lump sum including labor for additional repairs or installations;
