Under the motto "Living together and inclusion", the second DLK Culture Day took place in Bafoussam on Saturday, 18 November 2023 with around 150 participants.
The forum emphasised the importance of inclusion in society and the need for peaceful coexistence. The aim was to promote students' skills for actual coexistence and successful inclusion at national and international level and at the same time encourage them to become active themselves in the future.

The pupils and teachers met with guests from Bafoussam, the neighbouring towns and a delegation from Bamenda in the morning workshops. The topics covered included their own identity as young people, prospects for peace in Bamenda, the coexistence of different ethnic groups and inclusion in practice.

A special highlight was the participation of seven deaf-mute pupils, who presented a theatre play about their own problems with learning and impressively demonstrated in a joint sketch with another group of pupils how inclusive cooperation can succeed in the classroom.
