The library sector in Cameroon is particularly resilient in a very restrictive economic and institutional environment.  On the other hand, with the advance of the digitalisation of society, the sector is under constant pressure to legitimise itself. How are Cameroon's libraries coping in the age of Chat GPT, Tiktok, Facebook and others? What international models can be transposed to Cameroon? What contribution can local libraries make to building digitally responsible citizens?
