European Film Festival 2023 - German Film

As part of the European film festival 2023, the Goethe-Institut Äthiopien is pleased to screen the German film Ivie wie Ivie.

"Ivie wie Ivie," tells the story of two Afro-German half-sisters who, through their father's passing, embark on a journey to explore their roots and find themselves. Don't miss the screening on Sunday, November 12, at 3:30 pm.

In addition to "Ivie wie Ivie," Goethe-Institut will host screenings of films from Luxemburg with "Io sto bene," Bulgaria with "Mother," Ireland with "The quiet girl," Slovenia with "Sanremo," Netherlands with "Romy's salon," and Belgium with “Vivre Sa Mort”.
