EU4Culture II: Tender for Local Mentors
About the Tender
The Goethe-Institut invites individual experts and consultants experienced in cultural and creative sector to apply as Local Mentors under the EU4Culture II – Sustainable Creative Ecosystems programme, funded by the European Union.
The tender covers two distinct mentor profiles:
Creative Platform / Living Lab Mentors
Mentors will support participatory Creative Platforms in developing their organisational and governance structures, engaging stakeholders, applying co-creation approaches, developing Creative Ecosystem Roadmaps, and supporting implementation, testing and learning.
Assignments are available for Armenia, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, and the Belarusian cultural and creative sector in exile.
Cultural Intermediary Organisation Mentors
Mentors will support cultural intermediary organisations in strengthening their intermediary role and organisational capacity, understanding ecosystem and target-group needs, developing and testing value propositions, building partnerships and networks, and improving the sustainability of their services.
Assignments are available for Armenia, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, and the Belarusian cultural and creative sector in exile.
Applicants should have at least seven years of relevant professional experience and expertise relevant to the selected mentor profile.
Selected mentors must be available to participate in an in-person mentor training in Tbilisi, Georgia, in the second half of November 2026.
