- The travel support is intended solely for the purchase of round-trip transportation tickets (air, sea, and land) to the festival, event, conference, or residency for which you have applied. Private travel (e.g., by car) or travel with unofficial transport providers are excluded from the funding.
- Maximum subsidy of 600 EUR (or its Cedi equivalent) for international travel. Example: If the cost of a return ticket is 500 EUR, then a maximum of 500 EUR may be granted. If the cost of the ticket exceeds 600 EUR, then a maximum of 600 EUR may be granted.
- Maximum subsidy of 250 EUR (or its Cedi equivalent) for national travel. Example: If the cost of a return ticket is 200 EUR, then a maximum of 200 EUR may be granted. If the cost of the ticket exceeds 250 EUR, then a maximum of 250 EUR may be granted.
Please note: The Cedi equivalent will be calculated based on the internal monthly exchange rate of the Goethe-Institut.
