Goethe-Institut Ghana

A night with HONDRED PERCENT

We are glad to host HONDRED PERCENT for our third edition: Hondred Percent aka Paul Forjoe Jnr is a rising spoken word artist who burst on the scene in 2011 fusing poetry and rap to create Hip Hop music.
He released his debut Hip Hop album “WTF?” in June 2017 and is the 2014 and 2015 Ehalakasa Slam Champion, which involved 40 poets from Ghana.

He has been tapping into the essence of Tumi (South Africa) and HHP (South Africa) bumping to the Roots (USA). The artist has made quite a name for himself as a prolific wordsmith within
Ghana.

Every first Wednesday of the Month young artists will be provided a platform to showcase their artistic creations to an open-minded audience on the unique terrace of the Goethe-Institut in Accra. Unplugged and diverse solo performances bathed in warm light create a serene atmosphere that encourages an intense one-to-one exchange between artist and audience.  The culinary well-being will be guaranteed by the Goethe Canteen.

You are a young a musician, poetry slammer or performing artist? You want to show your talent to a small crowd, interact with peers and senior colleagues and have an unforgettable night? Apply now to become part of Goethe’s Abansuro!
