We promote cultural exchange, education and social discourse

We foster bilateral cultural exchange programs between Germany and Ghana. We initiate film series, exhibitions, concerts, seminars and festivals, always with the goal to facilitate artistic production, reception and reflection involving actors from both countries.

Pa Gya! 2026

The festival marks its tenth edition in 2026, 16–18 October 2026 at Goethe-Institut Ghana and Foundation for Contemporary Art–Ghana, both in Cantonments, Accra. It is organised by Writers Project of Ghana, Goethe-Institut Ghana, and Foundation for Contemporary Art–Ghana.
