Panel 2: “Building Tech”. John Owusu-Addo, his Role and Legacy in the design and construction of KNUST
In 1957, the first school of Architecture in Sub-Sahran Africa (outside South Africa), was established in KNUST, Kumasi. John Owusu-Addo is credited with having built several of the iconic buildings on the KNUST campus. Panellists will focus on the pivotal role that John Owusu-Addo played in the design and execution of these projects.
