On the occasion of the photo exhibition Apples for Sale: The Parallel Worlds and Queer Lives of Hong Kong's Housemaids by Rebecca Sampson currently showing at the Goethe-Gallery and Black Box Studio, Goethe-Institut Hongkong co-organises a panel discussion with the Hong Kong International Photo Festival on the topic of "Picturing the lives of others: The Power of Documentary Photography" on October 26, 2018 (Fri) from 7:00pm - 8:30pm at the Goethe-Gallery. Panelists for the talk includes Rebecca Sampson (Germany), Carol Chow (Hong Kong), Jessica Fan (Hong Kong) and Xyza Cruz Bacani (Philippines). The discussion will be conducted in English. Free admission.
